"Sam" is a 1998 grey 1.44m mare sired by Masada Massoud (AVS) and out of Matara Saafana (AVS) – of straight Egyptian, Sheykh Obeyd, Al Khamsa bloodlines. Samira was bred by Manara Classic Arabian Horses, Ireland. She is happily co-owned with Saskia Klaassen.
Sam is the versatile Arabian and trained for endurance, TREC, classical dressage and dressage at liberty. She stands out because of her excellent disposition and her charming looks. An extremely sweet horse for children and gentle adults. Intelligent and eager to learn, she now plays with piaffe and Spanish walks. These exercises are perfect for her. She shows them like a genuine parade horse. Sam loves to perform the piiaffe at double long reins.
